This week we laid the plywood skin on the deck and roof.
the deck was quiet staightforward with the CNC pre-cut panels. But the roof was another bit....
We have modified the shape of the roof by lowering the highest roof station. the result is really nice and the roof has a smooth curved ending flat. But with this modification the pre-cut panels of the sies and top of the roof needs to be adusted....cuting, sanding, adjusting screwing, joinning ....
We finally discover its final shape
The we finished it with a layer of 300grams fiberglass.
